“Grazie,” I say as the waiter sets down my glass of red wine. Soon my personal pizza will arrive but until then I stare out at all of the people wandering through the Piazza del Campo. There are vendors selling baked goods and creme liquor. As the sun sets over the Torre del Mangia, a 14th-century clock tower, I relax and sip my wine, enjoying the end of a long day of traveling through Italy.
