“Grazie,” I say as the waiter sets down my glass of red wine. Soon my personal pizza will arrive but until then I stare out at all of the people wandering through the Piazza del Campo. There are vendors selling baked goods and creme liquor. As the sun sets over the Torre del Mangia, a 14th-century clock tower, I relax and sip my wine, enjoying the end of a long day of traveling through Italy.

Siena, Italy is located in the heart of Tuscany. It is known for its Medieval feel and delicious Chianti wine. Its main square is a UNESCO World Heritage site and is home to delicious restaurants and street vendors. Walk through the streets of Siena, go wine tasting and don’t miss the Wednesday morning market each week.
